In July 11th, the company held a 6S summing up conference. Miao Huaixing, chairman of the company, pointed out that 6S must continue to develop in depth by taking advantage of the east wind that has already made achievements. The next stage is to promote from "likeness" to "god likeness", focusing on the improvement of employee's quality and ensuring the prosperity of the enterprise. More than 30 people attended the meeting, including cadres above deputy director of the company, members of 6S Promotion Office and 6S supervisors from various departments.

The meeting was chaired by Chairman Mao Hui Xing. Huang Shaoqiang, deputy general manager of the company and director of 6S Promotion Office, made a periodic summary report. The report briefly reviewed the process of 6S Promotion, introduced the four steps of 6S Implementation and shared the preliminary results achieved, analyzed the current problems, and put forward suggestions for the next stage of work. In his speech, Chairman Miao Huaixing affirmed the work of all cadres and staff, praised the 6S promotion, improved the image of the enterprise, strengthened the confidence of customers, and inspired the morale of staff. He believed that all staff had received a vivid and profound on-site management training course during the year. He pointed out that people's thoughts determine everything, and the essence of 6S is to persevere and improve their accomplishment, which is a topic worthy of consideration by all cadres. At the same time, Chairman Miao Huaixing asked us to raise awareness, unify our thinking, and lead our employees to consciously devote themselves to 6S work. On the basis of achievements, we should not slacken our efforts. In the spirit of "striding from scratch now", we should not only do a good job in "likeness", but also make great efforts in "spirit likeness", so as to cultivate and improve the quality of our employees. The work ahead may be more arduous and longer than before. Only by doing these tasks well can we improve staff accomplishment and ensure that enterprises will flourishing. Yuan Runchao, the executive vice president, also emphasized in his speech that we should grasp the essence of 6S, strengthen the ideological education of employees, and explore working methods and modes in depth.
